Order Returns:
If you receive a product that is physically damaged during shipment, we request you to promptly click a picture and email it to our customer service team at oshbothetasteofluxury@gmail.com for assessment within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

We uphold a 3-day return policy from the date of receiving your item. To initiate a return, please ensure that your item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, kindly provide the receipt or proof of purchase for eligibility.

To commence the return process, you can navigate to the ‘My Order’ section. Upon acceptance of your return, we will promptly notify you. Damages and Issues:

Order Cancellation:
Please note that we only entertain Full Cancellation requests. Partial Order Cancellation is not permitted. To initiate a cancellation request, kindly reach out to our customer care helpline within 12 working hours of placing your order.

Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method. Kindly note that the processing time for refunds may vary, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please furnish your account details and a cancelled cheque copy to oshbothetasteofluxury@gmail.com for processing.
